You play as Gelatin, and to win the cake, you have to be good at the challenges and beat the other (CPU) players! For balancing, you have to shift your mouse in the opposite direction you're leaning, it's not a matter of "keep your mouse in the very middle and don't move it", you have to constantly adapt and stuff, just practice it if you're having trouble.
