Notes and Credits

WARNING: This project has been designed and optimized for Turbowarp. If it is still usable on Scratch, resolution and performance will be affected. Up to resolution 1 on: https://turbowarp.org/1000763526?fps=60 Here's an interesting simulator I've created. It is based on the official textures (https://www.solarsystemscope.com/textures/). To change some parameters (including resolution), please point your mouse to the top of the window. This project tries to follow the realities of our solar system as closely as possible (for example, the project takes equatorial and polar radii into account to create these welcoming ellipsoid planets). However, the shadows are created by hand as there is no physics engine, so all this may be incorrect. Likewise, the moon is positioned as during a solar eclipse (as it was a few days ago as I write this), but it doesn't (yet) have the ability to change orientation. the rings of the large gas planets are not shown (except for Saturn) because they are negligible Thank you for your attention, Thanks to @griffpatch for his more-than-helpful quick scan (I literally froze on how to import the textures).
