Steps 3, 4 and 5 are totally optional! xD I was twelve years old when I made this project, but I was thirteen when it got featured. :) I think that it would be useful for other people (especially the younger generation) to learn about the detrimental effects of water pollution through playing a game. I hope that this project reaches many people because it is necessary for everyone to understand the importance of the sea creatures and their habitats. TUESDAY 22nd JANUARY, 2019: FEATURED!!! Maybe you could put the animals on land, or in the sky? The possibilities are endless! ✂-------------------------------------------------------------- PLASTIC: There are so many alternatives! About 10 million tonnes of plastic gets into our oceans every year, killing over 100 million sea creatures. People have to be aware of what this is doing to our environment and the creatures who live in the mysterious and wonderful deep blue. Bags: You can use canvas or plastic bags that actually last! This will prevent people from being careless with their bags! Toys: Sustainable wooden toys are far better because the trees grow back faster and you have a nice, natural toy! Toothbrushes: There are toothbrushes made from bamboo, which is a sustainable wood. Bottles: Non-disposable plastic bottles are far better because people will think twice about leaving them to litter our oceans! COMMENT YOUR SCORE: i.e. "I survived for 60 seconds."
